ARMENIA INTENDS TO START TALKS ON ESTABLISHMENT OF FREE TRADE REGIME WITH IRAN AND LEBANON IN 2005

PanARMENIAN.Net - In 2005 Armenia intends to start talks over establishment of a free trade regime with Iran and Lebanon, stated chief of the Department of Foreign Economic Policy of the Ministry of Trade and Economic Development of Armenia Garegin Melkonian. In his words, Armenia has already established such a regime with all CIS countries, except Azerbaijan. The establishment of a free trade regime with Iran can facilitate export of jewelry, chemical and mining production.
