PanARMENIAN.Net - Azeri functionaries make Armenians living in Azerbaijan leave the country, says the US State Department annual report on human rights record in the world. According to the report, some 20 thousand Armenians live in Azerbaijan. These are mostly people from mixed families. "The functionaries often demand bribes from them for issuing documents on Azeri citizenship. 200-250 such families are forced to leave Azerbaijan annually," the document notes.
