Paper says Tsarukyan unpredictable for Sargsyan, Kocharian

PanARMENIAN.Net - According to Hraparak paper, Prosperous Armenia leader Gagik Tsarukyan’s policy has recently become unpredictable for both President Serzh Sargsyan and his predecessor Robert Kocharian.

Kocharian proved reluctant to sign last year’s memorandum backing President Sargsyan, with Tsarukyan finally resolving to sign the document after a long hesitation, which stirred up Armenian second leader’s anger.

Kocharian’s team attributes Tsarukyan’s actions to his wish to gain independence. However, in fact, he is greatly dependent on parliament speaker Hovik Abrahamyan, which sparks Kocharian’s indignation.
