NKR PRESIDENT NOT PLANNING TO MEET LEADERS OF UNRECOGNIZED REPUBLICSMarch 16, 2005 - 12:05 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Being in Moscow on a working visit President of the Nagonro Karabakh Republic (NKR) Arkady Ghukasian is not planning to meet with leaders of unrecognized republics, the Press Service of the NKR President reported. Referring to Abkhazian President Sergey Bagapsh, Russian media had reported March 15 that «terms of the meeting of leaders the four unrecognized republics - Abkhazia, Nagorno Karabakh, Pridnestrovie and South Ossetia - will be determined soon,» Mediamax news agency reported. Azerbaijani authorities report that they have already resettled 3,000 people in the Nagorno-Karabakh town of Stepanakert. On June 10, Azerbaijani President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev will leave for Turkey on a working visit. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev arrived in Moscow on April 22 to hold talks with Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin.
