  NKR PRESIDENT NOT PLANNING TO MEET LEADERS OF UNRECOGNIZED REPUBLICSMarch 16, 2005 - 12:05 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Being in Moscow on a working visit President of the Nagonro Karabakh Republic (NKR) Arkady Ghukasian is not planning to meet with leaders of unrecognized republics, the Press Service of the NKR President reported. Referring to Abkhazian President Sergey Bagapsh, Russian media had reported March 15 that «terms of the meeting of leaders the four unrecognized republics - Abkhazia, Nagorno Karabakh, Pridnestrovie and South Ossetia - will be determined soon,» Mediamax news agency reported.
