  RPA undecided on Oskanian case yet – party member October 1, 2012 - 17:05 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) hasn’t determined its position on former foreign minister Vartan Oskanian, RPA parliamentary group head said. “We have received no answers to a number of questions and thus, can’t take a final decision on the issue,” Galust Sahakyan said, adding that the parliament has other powers other than those of an investigative institution. “We aren’t authorized to condemn Oskanian,” he said.
