RUSSIAN AMBASSADOR TO ARMENIA SURE ARMENIA WILL TAKE WORTHY PLACE AMONG OTHER COUNTRIES OF WORLD

PanARMENIAN.Net - Within the past 2 years the Armenian-Russian scientific and cultural relations developed much, Russian Ambassador to Armenia Anatoly Dryukov stated in the course of the final press conference due to the completion of his diplomatic mission in Armenia. In his words, the two peoples have much in common from the point of view of culture and science. The Ambassador specially noted the opening of the Year of Russia in Armenia, adding that scientific conferences, entrepreneurial discussions and youth meetings are planned to be held within its framework. "This direction is also important due to its being close to common people," the Ambassador noted. "The development of relations in such a way would have been impossible without the contribution of the Armenian authorities," Mr. Dryukov added. He thanked the Armenian Government, political parties, entrepreneurs, scientists, intelligentsia and common people. «I am sure that Armenia has an opportunity to actively develop along the way of the democratic development. She will occupy a worthy place among other countries of the world,» the Russian diplomat noted.
