Paper: what’s the true goal of NSC secretary’s visit to Moscow?

PanARMENIAN.Net - According to Zhoghovurd daily, Armenian National Security Council (NSC) secretary, Orinats Yerkir party leader Arthur Baghdasaryan is currently on working visit to Moscow, with signing of the protocol envisaging establishment of Armenian-Russian joint humanitarian center in Yerevan reported as the only outcome of the three-day visit.

However, the document was signed by RA Minister of Emergency Situations Armen Yeritsyan and Russian Minister of Emergency Situations Vladimir Puchkov, the paper says.
