NKR, Armenian presidents observe Artsakh-hosted military drillsOctober 23, 2012 - 20:27 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - On October 23, Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan and the President of the Republic of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan observed military exercises of the NKR Defense Army held in the eastern part of Artsakh. Later, Armenia and Artsakh leaders attended the opening of the new barracks in one of the military units.
