BAKU AND KISHINEV WISH TO SUBMIT KARABAKH AND PRIDNESTROVIAN PROBLEMS FOR DISCUSSION IN UN GENERAL ASSEMBLY

PanARMENIAN.Net - "It is essential to submit the Pridnestrovian and Karabakh problems for the discussion in the UN General Assembly. Both Azerbaijan and Moldova will exert efforts to achieve this goal" Azeri leader Ilham Aliyev, who is visiting Moldova at present, stated at the meeting with Moldovan President Vladimir Voronin. I. Aliyev said that both states "have faced separatism and that official Baku supports territorial integrity of Moldova". He highly evaluated Kishinev's backing the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan. In his turn V. Voronin stated that the political relations between Azerbaijan and Moldova are on the highest level. Moldovan President also stressed the necessity of submitting the Nagorno Karabakh and Pridnestrovian problems for the consideration of the UN General Assembly.
