RUSSIAN DUMA CALLED UPON INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITY TO COMMEMORATE ARMENIAN GENOCIDE 90-TH ANNIVERSARY

PanARMENIAN.Net - On the occasion of the 90-th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide in the Ottoman Empire the Russian State Duma issued a statement that was complied and included in the agenda by the Committee on CIS Affairs and Relations with Compatriots. The statement was supported by 310 deputies with no votes against and abstentions. The Russian parliamentarians "condemn the Genocide and consider that its 90-th anniversary should be marked by the international community", IA Regnum reports.
