RPA to hold pre-election congress Dec 15

PanARMENIAN.Net - The ruling Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) has scheduled a pre-election congress date, according to Minister of Education and Science.

As Armen Ashotyan noted in his Facebook post, “the congress is due December 15, with current leader Serzh Sargsyan as RPA presidential candidate.”

The Minister further focused on possible strategies at polls, envisaging either RPA-only team or a wider political front which could mean an easier victory, yet a harder co-existence with the interests of political allies to be considered in future.

“Whatever option we pick, victory is our central goal,” Ashotyan concluded.
