PanARMENIAN.Net - In the 7th round of World Youth Championship U-18 Open, Armenian grandmaster Hovhannes Gabuzyan shared points with Spain’s David Guijarro to retain 4th spot with 5,5 points.

International master Karen Grigoryan tied a game vs. Peru’s Jorge Cori to drop 10th with 5 points.

Poland’s Dariusz Swiercz is leading the U-18 championship with 6 points.

In round 7 of U-10 championship, Armenia’s Shant Sargsyan lost the game to tournament leader Khoi Nguyen (Vietnam) to drop 5th with 5,5 points.

At the championship, Armenia is represented with players in U-8, 10, 12, 14, 16 and 18 age categories.
