Ways to resolve the problems of national minorities in Georgia was in the focus of the discussion. Vollebaek briefed Ivanishvili on the projects OSCE implements for Georgia’s national minorities. Bidzina Ivanishvili voiced readiness to continue cooperation within the on-going projects and updated the High Commissioner with the views of Georgia's new government to address the problems of ethnic minorities. Vollebaek expressed satisfaction with the fact that the new Georgian authorities are ready to continue the policy of integration of national minorities into Georgian society and are ready to defend their rights, Trend reported. ![]() ![]() The foreign ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan, Ararat Mirzoyan and Jeyhun Bayramov, have arrived in Washington.
