Giro Manoyan slammed Heritage Party leader Raffi Hovannissian’s participation in Baku-hosted General Assembly of the VII International Conference of Asian Political Parties, considering the influence of Azerbaijan on the organization. “ARF Lebanon branch declined the invitation to attend the event,” he said.
