RF EMBASSY IN RA CONGRATULATES RUSSIAN CITIZENS RESIDING IN ARMENIA WITH DAY OF RUSSIA

PanARMENIAN.Net - On June 12 Russian people are celebrating the Day of Russia. 15 years ago the first congress of people's deputies adopted the declaration on the State Sovereignty of the Russian Federation, press center of the Russian Embassy in Armenia reported. Since 1994 by the Russian President's decree the day has been celebrated as a state holiday - the Day of Adoption of Declaration of State Sovereignty of Russia. February 1, 2002 the holiday received new formal name - the Day of Russia. The RF Embassy in the Republic of Armenia congratulates all the Russian citizens residing in Armenia and wished them good health and luck, the RF Embassy's statement says.
