PanARMENIAN.Net - «I have to mention with regret that though not being a Minsk Group member Turkey appears to be a party of the Karabakh conflict,» stated former Co-Chair of the OSCE Minsk Group Vladimir Kazimirov, Day.az reported. "In my opinion Turkey should not have taken the side of Azerbaijan in such a one-sided manner. If this was not the case, Turkey would be able to do much for settlement of the conflict," he remarked. The most what Turkey can do now it persuading Azerbaijan to make concessions.
