RPA member: Prosperous Armenia leader was our partner

PanARMENIAN.Net - The leader of the Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) parliamentary group slammed the rumors suggesting Prosperous Armenia’s decision on the presidential elections was taken under the pressure of the ruling authorities.

“No pressure was exerted during the pre-election period. As for Prosperous Armenia leader Gagik Tsarukyan, he was our partner, let alone the friendly relations,” Galust Sahakyan said.

RPA representative Sukias Avetisyan, in turn, noted that Prosperous Armenia’s decision came as no surprise to him, considering the party members’ recent disagreements on the issue.
