Ex-NSC employee sues Council chair Artur Baghdasaryan

PanARMENIAN.Net - A citizen of Armenia Armen Ghazaryan brought an action against the staff of the National Security Council (NSC) over illegal dismissal and non-payment of salary.

Ghazaryan slammed the decrees of NSC Secretary, Orinats Yerkir party leader Artur Baghdasaryan as personal, politicized and “fabricated.”

Though Ghazaryan expressed readiness to discuss political reasons behind his dismissal at court, only legal reasons for his dismissals were considered.

As Ghazaryan noted, Baghdasaryan fired him over his 2-week sickness absence citing the newly altered articles of Labor Code.
