Coach says 2012 successful for Armenia’s Greco-Roman wrestling

PanARMENIAN.Net - 2012 was a successful year for Armenia's Greco-Roman wrestling team, chief coach said

“Though gold would make the success more vivid, silver and bronze medals are no bad achievement, either. Our team also scored wins at European championships and other international tournaments,” Levon Julfalakyan said, adding that junior athletes will join the main team in 2013 trainings.

The wrestlers will hold the first team practice session in January 13-26 in Yerevan to further participate in international tournaments in Denmark and Iran.

“We will participate in the World Cup in February and further in Tbilisi-hosted European Championships,” the coach said.
