Turkish military jets strike PKK targets in N. Iraq![]() December 27, 2012 - 13:39 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Turkish military jets have struck several outlawed Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK) bases in simultaneous cross-border raids in northern Iraq, Today’s Zaman reports. Eight F-16 fighter jets, which took off from Diyarbakır Airbase, launched overnight strikes on PKK targets in the Kandil and Zap regions as well as anti-aircraft bases in northern Iraq. No casualties were reported.
