PanARMENIAN.Net - According to Hraparak daily, the ruling Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) is sending negotiators to presidential hopefuls, urging them to conduct civil polls.

This implies absence of personal insult at the candidates. In return, the RPA representatives pledge not to hamper other presidential hopefuls’ campaigns and ensure fair elections, the paper says.
