Regional humanitarian aid center to be formed in Armenia

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenia and Russia are negotiating creation of a joint regional center for humanitarian aid in the framework of CSTO, Emergency Situations Minister said at a discussion.

The Ministry-hosted event also focused on the accidents and emergencies reported in Armenia over the last week, as well as work to eliminate their consequences.

Seminars have been planned in Armenia to train first aid instructors, with work to promote closer cooperation between educational and defense universities in progress, the Ministry press service said.
