NATO REALIZES COMPLEXITY OF REGIONAL COOPERATION IN SOUTH CAUCASUS

PanARMENIAN.Net - NATO realizes that the regional cooperation in the south Caucasus is complicated by the conflicts between the neighbor states, NATO Secretary General Jaap de Hoop Scheffer stated. «Certainly we support cooperation and friendly relations everywhere including the Caucasus. At the same time we understand that the positions of some states of the region can fundamentally differ in priorities and political ambitions. Over this reason NATO decided to implement Individual Cooperation Action Plan to bring cooperation in accord with the demands of each country», NATO Secretary General stated, Mediamax agency reported.
