PanARMENIAN.Net - Nagorno Karabakh President Arkady Ghukasian arrived in Yerevan on a working visit to meet with OSCE Chairman-in-Office Dimitrij Rupel. Arkady Ghukasian is also scheduled to meet with a number of Armenian officials, reported Yerkir Online.
