Armenia posts 54,6% export volume growth in Jan 2013February 20, 2013 - 17:25 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenia’s foreign trade turnover totaled $422.5 mln (AMD 171.7 bln) in January 2013 increasing by 21,7% compared to the same period in 2012, according to updated statistical data. Export amounted to $112.4 mln (AMD 45.7 bln) in January 2013, increasing by 54,6%, while 13% growth was recorded in import bringing it to $310.4 mln (AMD 131,7 bln), the RA National Statistical Service reported. The negative balance of foreign trade turnover amounted to $197.8 mln in January 2013, as compared with the same period in 2012.
