Constitutional Court to examine ex-candidates’ appeals March 11

PanARMENIAN.Net - The appeals of ex-candidates in Armenia’s presidential elections Raffi Hovannisian and Andreas Ghukasyan to the Constitutional Court will be examined on Monday, March 11.

The application-related statements will be made by Kim Balayan, Felix Tokhyan and Ashot Khachatryan. The Central Election Commission will act as a respondent in the suit, with the Prosecutor’s Office and Police as co-respondents.

On March 4, Hovannisian and Ghukasyan applied to the Court demanding to announce the results of the 2013 presidential polls as void.
