Elections are no walking through a minefield. Yes, there will be violations; however, we must be able to assess their impact on the polling results. If these are the frauds needed to announce voting results invalid, no country would hold valid polls,” Minister Tovmasyan said, voicing hope for the Constitutional Court to offer solution to the dispute over Feb 18 elections. ![]() ![]() Speaker of Parliament Alen Simonyan has said Armenia will, in all likelihood, ratify the Rome Statute.
