Court completes discussion of case disputing election results

PanARMENIAN.Net - Constitutional Court completed the discussion of the case disputing the final results of 2012 presidential elections in Armenia, with the decision to be announced on March 14.

“Considering the importance of the issue, the parties were given an opportunity to present their standpoint, facts and proofs,” head of the Constitutional Court Gagik Harutyunyan said.

The appeals disputing Central Election Commission’s decision on the final voting results were submitted by former presidential candidates Raffi Hovannisian and Andrias Ghukasyan.
