Armenia posts 10,3% livestock increase

PanARMENIAN.Net - As of January 1, 2013 Armenia posted 10,3% increase in livestock against the 2012 results to total 661 003 head of cattle.

According to the National Statistical Service, 303 277 cows and 145 044 pigs are currently listed in Armenia with a 7% and 34,2% respective growth reported.

The small cattle growth totaled 14,3% against the 2012 results, with the number of horses increasing by 8,7% to amount to 10 777.
