Event Dedicated to 1600th Anniversary of Creation of Armenian Letters Held in Minsk

PanARMENIAN.Net - An event dedicated to the 1600th anniversary of the creation of the Armenian written language was held in the Minsk city library October 28, RA MFA press office reported. The event was initiated by the Armenian community of Minsk and the Committee of Nations and Religions at the Belarusian government with the assistance of the Armenian Embassy in Belarus. Head of the Armenian community of Belarus G. Eghiazarian, Chairman of the Committee of Nations and Religions at the Belarusian government V. Lomenko and Doctor of Historical Sciences M. Ter-Abrahamian as well as representatives of other national communities delivered speeches.
