Armenian judokas to depart for Budapest on April 24

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian judo team will depart for Budapest on April 24 to participate in the European Championships, due April 25-28.

In a conversation with a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter, chief coach Tigran Babayan hailed the conduction of the recent team practice session in Russian city of Armavir.

“The athletes are in good shape. Hope they will win medals at the championships,” he said.

Armenia’s line-up includes: Hovhannes Davtyan (60 kg), Armen Nazaryan and Gor Harutyunyan (66 kg), Mher Karapetyan and Rafayel Davtyan (81 kg) and Hakob Arakelyan (100 kg).
