Armenian killed in Aleppo shootout

PanARMENIAN.Net - Syrian Armenian Raffi Taghlian, born in 1956, was killed during May 2 shootout in Aleppo, press service of local Armenian prelacy said.

Regular clashes and blasts have recently been reported in Aleppo’s Armenian districts.

About 70,000 people have died in Syria since the start of the uprising against President Assad in March 2011, according to UN estimates.
