Mamedov: Baku to Express Attitude about MG OSCE New ProposalsDecember 9, 2005 - 13:45 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Official Baku will express attitude about the new proposals of the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs, who are to visit the Nagorno Karabakh conflict region in mid December, head of International Relations Department of President Administration of Azerbaijan Novruz Mamedov informed. In his words, the mediators have presented their position on the conflict settlement and it was later included into the agenda of the talks with the Azerbaijani and Armenian Foreign Ministers. During the upcoming visit the Co-Chairs will hold consultations and exchange views on the settlement process. Mamedov said the reaction of the Armenian party is important for Baku. When touching upon the possibility of the meeting of the Armenian and Azerbaijani Presidents in Ljubljana in January Mamedov said the date and place of the meeting should be decided by the state leaders. To remind, yesterday OSCE Minsk Group Russian Co-Chair Yuri Merzlyakov informed that the mediators will pay a visit to the region December 14-17, reported Trend news agency.
