The author of the book is Lieutenant General of the Armed Forces of the Soviet Union Norat Ter-Grigoryan. As Yerkramas newspaper reported, the presentation is organized by the Armenian Embassy in Russia (Ambassador Armen Smbatyan) and the International Armenian Cossack Union (Major General Sergey Madatyan).
