In the opinion of the experts, the tension between the opposition and authorities will form the political arena during the next two years. The opposition is likely to boycott the RA National Assembly however participating in discussions of some issues. "This circumstance will have little impact on the state's line, since the pro-governmental deputies make majority in the parliament, and moreover, the decisions are taken within the president administration," writes The Economist. This unbalanced situation will be the weakest unit of the Armenian political system in 2006-2007. "The opposition bloc is still unified thanks to the attempts to overthrow the President. However it stands little chance of success," British experts consider. Anna Walker, the person in charge of Armenian Issues of the research appendix expressed opinion that the opposition will not be rendered enough support.
