  Gevorg Pertosyan Appointed NKR FMDecember 26, 2005 - 14:43 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Today Nagorno Karabakh President Arkady Ghukasian appointed Gevorg Petrosian the NKR Foreign Minister. Ex-FM Arman Melikian will replace him at the post of the Advisor for External Relations. When delivering a speech in the NKR Ministry of Foreign Affairs Ghukasian stated the current situation forced him to re-consider the decision taken last year. He did not rule out that Nagorno Karabakh will engage in the negotiation process next year and reiterated that the resolution of the problem is impossible without NKR's participation.
