PanARMENIAN.Net - The draft agreement on the Nagorno Karabakh conflict will not be discussed either at the London meeting of the Azerbaijani and Armenian Foreign Ministers or at the meeting of the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs, the OSCE MG Russian Co-Chairman Yuri Merzlyakov stated.
