EBRD awards Araratbank with confirming bank statusJune 14, 2013 - 17:57 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) awarded Araratbank OJSC with a status of a confirming bank. A relevant document was signed by Araratbank executive director Ashot Osipyan and EBRD Yerevan office chief Valeriu Razlog. “We joined the family of confirming banks together with such leading international banks as Raiffeisen bank, Deutsche Bank,” Mr. Osipyan said during annual meeting of bank shareholders. In this context he hailed the bank’s activity in financial trade, with USD 7.8 mln transactions conducted in 2012.
