Commandos believes female soldiers will do good to army

PanARMENIAN.Net - Major General Arkady Ter-Tadevosyan (Commandos) believes that female soldiers will do good to army, as women are patient and responsible.

Commenting on the Armenian Defense Minister’s decision, which allows girls enter military academies, Maj. Gen. Tadevosyan remembered the women who fought in Artsakh liberation war.

“One of them, Anahit, headed a detachment which consisted of 20 men and was a perfect commander,” he told a news conference in Yerevan on June 15.

“We lost 25 women during the war,” he said.
