NKR Parliament Made Statement Dedicated to 18th Anniversary of Sumgait Tragedy

The NKR NA statement notes that people who committed the Sumgait pogroms are rated as heroes and Ramil Safarov who hacked to death Armenian officer Gurgen Margaryan is declared the Man of Year, what questions the "system of values" of the neighbor state. The days of commemoration of the Sumgait victims are not only the days of mourning but also the days of unification of Karabakh people for achieving the principal goal - the recognition of the NKR by the international community, the statement says, reported Karabakh Online.
