Yerevan to host Armenian General Athletic Union GamesJuly 22, 2013 - 17:35 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Yerevan will be hosting the 9th Armenian General Athletic Union (Homenetmen) Games on July 27 through August 3. The Games will include the following disciplines: football, basketball, volleyball, swimming, athletics, tennis, table tennis and chess. To participate in the Games are 650 sportsmen from Armenia, U.S., Canada, UK, France, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Jerusalem, Lebanon, Syria, Iran, Iraq, Kuwait, Egypt, Australia, Argentina and Uruguay, Homenetmen told PanARMENIAN.Net Yerevan is hosting the Games for the 2nds time. Armenian General Athletic Union held the previous games in Canada, the United States, France, Lebanon and Greece.
