Azeri Commission on Refugees Defalcated Part of US Money

PanARMENIAN.Net - In the Human Rights Report 2005 the US State Department censured Azerbaijan's State Commission on Refugee Affairs and Displaced Persons. The report specifically notes that the Commission spent some $82 million in 2005. It notes that the Commission defalcated part of the sum. This resulted in strict criticism by the US, reports the Azg newspaper.
