No One Except Russia Expressed Interest to Armenian Energy

PanARMENIAN.Net - Diversification of energy depends on who owns the objects generating electric power, Armenian FM Vartan Oskanian stated at a news conference in Yerevan. "Of course it is desirable that other countries participate in the development of our energy sector, however it turned out that no one except Russia expressed interest in the matter," Oskanian said.

He remarked that in fact most of energy objects of Armenia appeared in the hands of the same state. «In this respect much depends on the points of agreement that fully provide for our energy security. And these points exist and they operate. It is also important to diversify energy resources,» Oskanian remarked.
