  Yuri Merzlyakov to Hold Consultations with Azeri FMApril 21, 2006 - 14:26 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov, who will arrive in Moscow to take part in the CIS Foreign Ministers Council, will hold consultations with OSCE Minsk Group Russian Co-chair Yuri Merzlyakov April 21. The parties will focus on the Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement, reported Trend news agency.
