The Presidents discussed the details of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement, OSCE Minsk Group Co-chair Steven Mann said.For his part Russian Co-chair Yuri Merzlyakov, presenting Russia's position on the negotiation process remarked that the responsibility for the conflict resolution should not be laid on the two sides only. "They should themselves reach an agreement but with the support of the mediators. In general the parties are themselves responsible for achieving an agreement," Merzlyakov said, reported RFE/RL. Azerbaijani authorities report that they have already resettled 3,000 people in the Nagorno-Karabakh town of Stepanakert. On June 10, Azerbaijani President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev will leave for Turkey on a working visit. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev arrived in Moscow on April 22 to hold talks with Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin.
