Despite the fact that Ilham Aliyev's father originated from the Sisian region of Armenia, he is the recognized leader of the Nakhichevan clan. This struggle caused arrests of Minister of Health Ali Insanov, Minister of Economic Development Fahrad Aliyev and strengthening of positions of natives of Nakhichevan. It turns out that Kurds win the struggle led by Azeris, natives of various regions, reported De Facto news agency.
