System Corporation Interested in Privatization of Mars EnterpriseJuly 12, 2006 - 18:01 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Russia-based System Corporation is interested in privatization of Mars Armenian enterprise, which was conveyed to Russia several years ago according to Property for Debt Treaty, Russian Minister of Transport, Co-char of the Russian-Armenian intergovernmental committee Igor Levitin told said at today's press conference. In his words, Corporation proposed the Russian government to sell or convey the administration of Mars to it. "The company should furnish its project coordinated with the RA government," Levitin said.For his part Armenian Defense Minister Serge Sargsyan voiced assurance that in the near future Mars will start functioning.
