U.S. might pass on Canakkale 100th anniversary events: envoy

PanARMENIAN.Net - The U.S. might not participate in the events dedicated to the 100th anniversary of Canakkale victory, the U.S. envoy to Azerbaijan said.

According to APA, Robert Cekuta said he was not sure whether the U.S. would participate in the Canakkale commemoration and that the decision will be made in Washington, recalling that the U.S. was not involved in World War I at the time the Canakkale events took place.
