3 suicide car bombs attack Iraq-Jordan border crossing

PanARMENIAN.Net - Iraq's Interior Ministry spokesman said three suicide car bombs attacked security forces at a border crossing with neighboring Jordan, causing casualties, the Associated Press reports.

Brig. Gen. Saad Maan could not confirm how many people were killed or wounded at the Trebill border crossing Saturday, April 25.

Trebill is the only border crossing between the two neighboring countries and is in a remote desert area and leads to Iraq's Anbar province.

Iraqi forces are battling militants from the Islamic State group in Anbar.
