Armenia to Set Criminal Punishment for Genocide Denial

PanARMENIAN.Net - A bill on introducing amendments into the RA Penal Code was passed during the Armenian parliament sitting today. The bill provides for criminal punishment for denial, justification or support of genocide or any other crimes against humanity. A fine from hundred up to three hundreds of minimal salary or deprivation of liberty up to 4 years is expected to be fixed, reports Yerkir.
